Issue:
A worker claimed to have slipped on cleaning solution while at work falling forward on her outstretched right arm. Could the alleged slip and fall have caused a sprain of the right wrist with right ulnar neuropathy?
Results:
Based on the worker's description of the fall, Northstar Biokinetics determined that her center of gravity would have been shifting to her left foot and she could not have fallen forward on her outstretched hand. Northstar Biokinetics concluded that the worker tripped and fell, and the injuries claimed could not be attributed to a floor wet with cleaning solution.
